These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AI Index Network platform ("AIN", "the platform", "we"), operated by UNICALLMED WORLDWIDE CORP, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States (EIN 86-2080790), with its principal address at 6282 Devonhurst Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32258, USA. By creating an account or using the platform, you ("customer", "user") agree to these terms.

1. Service description

AIN is an infrastructure that indexes the content of websites and e-commerce stores and makes it available, in a structured form, for retrieval by AI engines (RAG) through an API, SDK and plugins. Available features depend on the plan you subscribe to.

2. Account and registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed on a recurring (monthly) basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancellation. Prices are those displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may apply under the law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to index third-party content without authorization, to infringe intellectual property rights, to circumvent usage limits, or to compromise the security or availability of the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit for indexing.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, software and documentation belong to AIN. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process and make it available for the purpose of the service.

6. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. Specific service-level commitments (SLA), where they exist, are defined in the applicable plan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIN is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or unavailability of the platform. The service is provided "as is".

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard; paid access remains until the end of the period already paid. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the platform. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence, which may apply to consumer relationships.
