Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy describes the refund and cancellation terms for the paid plans of AI Index Network ("AIN"), operated by UNICALLMED WORLDWIDE CORP (Florida, USA; EIN 86-2080790).

1. Free plan

The Free plan is not charged and therefore does not give rise to any refund.

2. 14-day money-back

For the first purchase of a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of the initial charge. Where mandatory local consumer laws grant a longer or different withdrawal right, that right prevails.

3. Recurring subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and paid access remains until the end of the period already paid. Outside the money-back window, we do not provide prorated refunds for periods already started, except where required by law.

4. How to request

Send a request to contato@aindex-ai.com with your account email. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (Stripe), usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval, which may vary depending on your card issuer.
