This Policy describes how AI Index Network ("AIN"), operated by UNICALLMED WORLDWIDE CORP (a company incorporated in Florida, USA; EIN 86-2080790), processes personal data. Account data (name, email, company), billing data (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers), platform usage data (logs, IP addresses, metrics), and the content of the sites you connect for indexing.

We process data to: provide and operate the service (performance of a contract), process payments (performance of a contract), send transactional and security communications (legitimate interest / contract), comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform (legitimate interest).

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to provide the service, such as: hosting infrastructure, payment processor (Stripe), email provider (Resend) and AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate answers. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Some processors may handle data outside your country. In such cases we adopt appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for authentication and the operation of the platform. Non-essential cookies, where used, rely on your consent.
